We provide our customers with transport of any items and equipment. Whether it’s furniture, sports equipment, musical instruments, or oversized freight you need to have moved, we are here for you.

You can pack smaller-sized goods in solid cardboard boxes. Goods of a larger size should at least be packed in wraps. Fragile goods placed in boxes need to have adequate protective filling and must be labelled as fragile.

Sure. We are available seven days a week throughout the year, even on holidays and weekends. We know that weekends are the best but also the busiest time for moving. Therefore, please plan in advance.

What do I need to know before ordering the transport?
Prior to ordering the transport, you need to list the approximate number of boxes (items). Please also state exact addresses and pick-up and drop-off times.

Is cancellation possible?
Is cancellation possible?
Yes, you have the right to cancel the shipment. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the transport. Should you cancel the transport 24 to 48 hours before its commencement, you pay 20% of the total price. Should you cancel the transport 8 to 24 hours before, you pay 30%. Finally, if you cancel the transport eight hours before loading, you pay 70% of the total price.

Yes, we transport internationally, i.e. the cargo can be moved to any European country.

Do you assist with loading and unloading of the shipment?
Do you assist with loading and unloading of the shipment?
Swida Moving does not load and unload the goods. However, our carrier can assist you with the loading to ensure the goods are located safely in the vehicle. The carrier also checks the number of boxes according to the list submitted to him or her by the customer with the completed and signed protocol.

Our services do not include packaging. The customer is responsible for ensuring the goods are correctly packed. The carrier only checks whether the boxes are packed and placed.

What if I do not collect the shipment on time?
What if I do not collect the shipment on time?
Immediately you discover you cannot unload the shipment at the agreed time, please let us know. The carrier will wait for two hours at the drop-off location free of charge. After two hours, the waiting fee for each and every hour is €30.
In the event that the carrier has to wait all night, he or she will park the vehicle in a guarded car park for safety purposes. The parking costs are borne by the customer.

Can I change the pick-up and drop-off locations?
Yes, you can change the pick-up and drop-off points up to 48 hours prior to transportation free of charge. If you request the change earlier, we will cancel the original offer and provide you with a new one. In the event of later changes, additional fees apply.
Changes can also be requested during the transportation. We will provide a new quote which you can either accept or reject. In the event of rejection, we will adhere to the original plan.

At Swida Moving, we use top-quality software which allows us to send you a unique link for real-time tracking of your shipment and its exact location. Our operators are also available and will gladly share the shipment location with you.

Yes, you can change the date 48 hours in advance, free of charge. In the event that such a change affects the price, the customer's approval is required.

In such cases, we can provide another vehicle in a timely manner since our vehicle fleet consists of 4,000 vehicles, allowing us to respond immediately to changes and customer requirements.

We are opposed to guns, and accordingly do not transport them. We do not transport live animals, medication, and valuables such as jewellery or cash.

The cost per transport is calculated on a case-by-case basis. The final charge depends on what, where, and when. Our experts calculate the price based on your specific requirements. The fee includes all transport-related costs.

Yes, the price includes the insurance. The goods are insured against damage caused by improper handling, theft, or late delivery costs.
